The trigger to start GoDigitalChina was in 2015 when China, for the first time, became the largest middle-income population in the world. The biggest consumer market in the world created limitless opportunities for foreign brands to sell their goods on the market. In the early days, GDC was a 360′ marketing agency helping brands gain ground on China market. However, after two years of working with media buying agencies in China and western brands, the founders noticed a burning problem of lack of transparency in marketing spending in China. This is how the idea of AdChina.io emerged to make China’s market more accessible for foreign brands.
